The Consequences of Fundraising in the Fourth Quarter of 2020

The first half of 2022 fundraising volumes were actually down 10% overall. The second half of the year they dropped like a rock, because people had finished re-up and that was where their capacity was. We're starting to see openings where a lot of clients now have the capacity, certainly the travel capability, and trying to reevaluate in the portfolios. And we think the mid market lower bit market. First time funds people I think are more willing to invest in again. That's are able to conduct a proper diligence around that overall. But for the next six to 12 months, it will be choppy. It will take a while to get, get races done as things remain very crowded
