Boland Presses Pause on the IPO
Stephen Boland, head of EY's US firm, says he pressed pause on the IPO. The concern was that because most of the tax business was going to go to the consulting side, that both sides might find themselves underweight. And one of the concerns was whether or not it would be possible to get a very large valuation for the consulting business. Stephen: "The maths is starting to look very, very shaky"
