In the Buddhist model, a primary source of our suffering is in a single broad umbrella term craving or in more conventional language drivenness. That kind of drivenness leads to unease and disturbance, contraction, great, vicious negative cycles with other people. From a psychological, biological perspective, grounded in evolution, we crave because of an underlying sense of deficit or disturbance - that's the source of craving. We can use, we can use taking the good for everyday well-being and effectiveness by focusing on key resources such as these experiences.
