The Right to a Healthy Environment

The case was filed under a very simple procedure called the fixed data application, where there is no dispute on facts. So they're getting some money now, and they're kicking the problem down to future generations. That's the violation of the Constitution. And then that taken together those things threaten the right to a healthy environment.
