The people who tend to want to participate in studies are a lot like the apes and monkeys you're testing, right? Yep. But doesn't that happen with human subjects as well? You can get around that by going in and testing a daycare center or people in a fraternity or sorority or something. How do you keep from anthropomorphizing these animals? You're working with them. Clearly, you work with them for long periods of time...You really don't.
