The Law of Disadvantages of Hopstands

We call it a hopstand i think that's the standard nomenclature for dropping the the temperature in the kettle for a whirlpool we used to add the hops and literally like let it sit for a long time. We found that there was kind of the law of diminishing returns at that point so now essentially even though we still caught the hopstand  that's just us dropping the temperature inThe second i get those hops in at that 160 165 and you know i'm kind of mixing them up I wasn't putting them in and make sure there's no clumps or anything when they seem like they're they're nice and dissolved in solution that's when i'm essentially deploying
