The Dragon in Utah

Livermore Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory is a federal research facility. They do national security science and technology, they're in their research and development institution. This next encounter by this person is also yours as yours to read. It was during the drive home from one of these shopping trips that I saw what I can only describe as a dragon.
