The Dooms Saying About Commercial Real Estate

There's something like $20 trillion of commercial real estate in the United States alone. Much of it is held in banks, although not exclusively so. One sliver you can look at are these bonds that are backed by commercial real estate mortgages. Felix: Is this an industry which is just going to ripple through the whole economy in negative ways? And there's a lot of dooms saying going on.
