Microsoft announced Viva, a new tool for employees to discover, manage and curate their network. Frank: This feels like Delve resurrected as people in Microsoft Viva. And I feel like that's been a lot of Viva. But there's a part of me that feels like Viva is just Microsoft trying to remarket old stuff. He says some of it might be colored by the lens of being an individual coming into it.
