Using Intuition and Card Meanings

When i read for people, i ask for them to pick three or more numbers. If they choose card five, i count the fifth card from the top. From there, i will use intuition and card meanings together. I have a deck inspired by van go. And sometimes if there is a a particular element of the design that i am fixting on, that will be included. Is there calletable? Is it called vango tero?
