The Power of Talking Through Your Processes
I think there's actually an extremely powerful point that you've just made. We've all been a junior doctor at a point where we were just asked to go and you request an urgent CG thorax without any sort of clear explanation as to why. There is active specific teaching where you're so say to someone I'm going to teach you now about when we request an echo, then there's the learning that you can acquire from people talking through their processes. That's a really powerful way to learn actually.
