Lack is about the comparison to others and what I didn't get compared to someone else. Scarcity is there's a lack of overall resources that might limit any of our ability to access it. And so in lack, it becomes personal and almost competitive and defensive. In scarcity, it's more of an energy block and a shift in mentality which may or may not actually be real.
