If there was a problem with absorption of lipids or lipper proteins, that's what i'm going to care about. And i hopefully will have an answer on this soon. I wouldn't blame somebody who has a poor digestive system for being mal nourished as long as we can count on everybody's tissues to be properly nourished. But why would someone whose a t p binding casete in ther enteracite that is not appropriately excreting callestral drive up the re circulated calesteral pool? Why does that mean that their endithelium is somehow defective?
