The Importance of Transition
I was fortunate that I was able to leave that job. For me, that was long enough. The company changed a lot while I was there. We went from 300 people to about 30,000 people over that time period. And so that was the main reason why for me it was a good time to leave. My pathway to becoming part of the founding team at Forum started as a thought experiment where I thought I would end up discarding the notion that you could replace a coal plant with a battery. It turned out not to be the case.
