Relaxing Back Into the Moment
We relax back into the moment simply being mindful of what we're knowing in that moment. This slowing down doesn't mean getting tense and it doesn't mean tightness. When we do settle back in this way, there is always a feeling of relief. Have the intention to pay attention to the feeling f rushing, because it is a very good signal. And then practice just settling back, or can i be here just in this moment without that forward lean?
