The New York Indictment Is a Weak Case

The New York indictment, I think undermines the rule of law. The Georgia indictment doesn't suffer from any of those infirmities. There are just so many things that line up to inflame the other side to do roughly the same thing. This is the worst of all possible worlds in terms of Trump indictments that could have happened.
