Anglicans and Lady Lutheranism

i was told i made a mistake in the last programme, where i mention that anglicans did not have alters in the way that lutherans did. But apparently, am hering that entrue. So i don't know, but just a caviat. I am no experten anglicanism e but i think that the the cour difference has been outlined really well by philip carey and anglican on topic here.
