Procrastination can be avoided by setting a self imposed deadline and writing it on your calendar. The pain of not making a decision is long term and devastating to an organization. To day's the day i got to make a decision. Am i going to keep this person? I gave him a little time here. Andi, i think my initial thing was right. I think were gong have to go ahead deal with this. So you put a date on the calendar and that pops up on, ding, ding. Ok. By the way, if i don't want to make it that day, i can purposely move the date,. But at least you've got something bearing down
