The further to the right on this axis, the more that you are challenging your co workers or employees directly. So now what we ba y have as we have this t or a graph, and we have four quadrants. The top left quadrant is what we call ruinous ampathy. This is reserved for managers that care really deeply about their people, but do not challenge them directly.
