I've been humbled by data and I had situations where I understood that actually the issue that I thought is critical is not critical at all, that it is an edge case. So in prioritization, I always try to include the support feedback. They have ever heard that user reported this as well as any kind of data I may have to support that this issue actually affects a lot of people. And I love to add the impact of a bug to a bug report.
