Luke's English wasn't very good, so a lot of what the doctor said was lost in translation. He told Luke he had liver damage and that he needed to go to hospital for an operation. After being put on an intravenous drip - which is when meds are pumped directly into your blood - it made him feel much better. 'I'm sure it was just tonsillitis,' says Luke about his first few days after returning home from Japan.
