The Disincentives of Working in China

The U.S. recently imposed unprecedented export control measures on China. This has limited the access to US persons, green card holders and citizens that can work in China. There are also strong disincentives at play for Chinese expats working in tech sector. The best examples of Jack Ma have been taken down many notches over the past couple of years.
