The fastest way to change how you feel about something is to change what you're focusing on. Robins suggests asking yourself a specific set of questions in the morning when you get up and another set of questions at night before you go into sleep. According to him, these questions prepare him to look up and find solutions whenever a problem comes up. He also suggest that if you have trouble answering any of these questions, use the word could. I.g. what could I be most happy about in life right now?
