Scheduling is a huge issue across the board in almost every department so yeah anything like that you can do to break down those barriers of us versus them. It's very beneficial to the entire team and culture. So I had a follow up here, this is one of my other soap boxes specialization. And so you're talking about scheduling and everything, you know, to be aligned here with what we're doing.
