When you're in a clork deficit, you want to try and feel as much satiate as you can. So i think it feels better to to reduce the carbohydrates than it would do to reduce fat - which actually helps you stay satiated. I've had a lot of success. It's typically, if i were to go into a like, real aggressive fat loss or cut right now, i would lean towards a carb cycle.
