The Importance of Treating White Belts With Respect

White belts are some of the most important people that will be a part of your school. As an instructor, it's really important because these students are eventually going to go out n tournaments and possibly visit other gims. Ah, i mean, i, i remember when i first started training jujitsu, you know, i didn't even speak to a purple belt until i was like, well, into my blue belt. And they were like two, just completely different clubs. At the school that i started out ata, all the white belts kind of hung out together, and all the purple pluses all hung out together. But in retrospect now, it actually kind of does.
