"I really do think that there is a power in being okay with being hungry a little bit, right? We haven't talked about it. And when we talk about ways to feel satiated, you know, when I eat, like I don't like to eat and feel, huh, I could still eat a lot more," he says. "It was the easiest way for me to become friends with hunger and learn to not let the feeling of hunger affect my mood, affect my actions."
