In San Diego, the beaches are right up against bluffs that are 40 to 50 feet tall. The sea levels rise or you have more storms and things like that, they eat away at the bluffs. And it can crash down on you and bury you in sand and kill you. But so they have to move the train line because the bluffs are collapsing.
