11-year-old Mary Bell had a reputation in her hometown of Scottswood, England. She was known as an angry child and most children avoided her. Except for her next-door neighbor, Norma Bell. The incident that occurred the next day could not be ruled an accident. Although it was initially ruled one, it was later discovered she strangled him.
