What's the Biggest Thing in the War?

For the last three major american warrors, namely afghanistan, arac and libya, the us. Just really didn't have any one in the administrations. It seems more like all the brain power goes into the military conquest,. Then there's no brain power left to figure out what happend s. I don't know how well this stuff yed ar planned there happened not to be indeed.
