Should We Just Let Building Happen?

i generally like to try and stay away from labels, because it kind of frames people's understanding of how things worknd doesn't allw for a productive dialogue. But since lots of folks listening probably have a comfortable understanding of these labels, i am a liberal mb, right? Like, i want to build things. And so to go to your point around, should we just let building happen? We kind of had vision, unleashed the market for upper middle class housing supply, investment supply.
