I think it depends on the person. I think there's two ways you can think about it. One, maybe you could just fit enough calories into that smaller window and that would still be adequate. But then too, i also think about fasting as a stresser. Are you able to compensate for that additional stress of fasting with your recoveryaad sleep and all those other things? And i think it's very much a individual thing that you have to play with and use your attracted to be able to tell how that's impacting your performance and how you feel. If you gorgin a fast, tryo, if you can, try to make that window at night so that it also helps
