RNA Based Gene Therapy for High Prevalence
Coral as a company is focused on providing genetic medicines for patients with high prevalence. Our first phase of evolution, we're working on a with an enzyme called ADAR,. adenosine biamine is acting on RNA. It's an enzyme that is endogenously present in all of our cells. We redirect that enzyme using a SI RNA like structure to go make a specific change on a single nuclear base with an RNA.
