Defining Energy and Health in a D Six Based Game
As a character, you have three derived stats: health, ego and energy. Energy is anytime a character forms one of these die pools. Every ability or skill or anything, any characteristic you add to a role costs an extra energy to do. You also heal a number of wounds, which is different from health. That's the way you get them back outside of combat.
