The school del Marjiujitsu did have insurance so essentially it's a guy who's injured and whose quality of life has changed for the rest of his life suing the school and the insurance company paying out to cover him. I don't think any of us are are contesting that this guy should have gotten money especially off let my Canadian flag fly healthcare in the United States is incredibly expensive compared to you know socialized medicine that's in Canada and almost every other industrialized country.
