The Power Trio Versus the Power Quarter

In a standard product, we have this power trio of a product manager, a user designer, a software engineer. But when it's a data product, we want to add in an additional person, a cellist, no, a data scientist. So we now haveData Product Manager, UX Designer, Software Engineer and Data Scientist on the team. The important thing is these are hats and they're rolls.
