Is It Hard to Document the Crimes?

I'm just wondering whether we're seeing an underestimate or if you think these figures of war crimes, detention centers, victims, etc. are accurate. How easy is it to document these things and how far are we away from a real figure? Well, the right to be cautious about any figures and gathering evidence and documenting it is extremely hard at the best of times - especially when it's so close to the front line. I mean, I would look to Sergio here. It'd be really interesting your views on how much effort the authorities are able to put into sealing off these areas and doing it all correctly given the pressures that they're under.
