Fred Walton has suddenly shot up to be one of my favourite horror film makers. I had no idea that what was to come was going to be like this whole other different movie in the middle of it where suddenly we're following completely different characters. And you know, the killer almost becomes our like point of reference for a much empathy. It's masterful. There were moments in this opening where my blood ran cold and my, yeah, I felt all my hack was go up. This is some of the best horror I've seen in ages, right? It's absolutely brilliant.
