How to Deal With Anxiety

I consider my identity to be i am an app developer. I take pride in making good apps, even though many people out there disagree when they leave reviews. And so really if i blow through september october november and i don't have any of these new ios 17 features done. It actually really doesn't matter that much occasionally i will get a low review from somebody who expect me to have something i don't yet. But even that is a relatively small portion of the reviews such that it doesn't usually even affect the average in any noticeable way at all.
