15 minutes after starting she finished her speech. We are entitled to a better standard than this. She didn't know what impact it would have. I felt like I needed to get on with the rest of my day and so I said to Wayne Swan the deputy prime minister who sat behind me or I might get some of the advisors to run in some correspondence for me to sign. He looked at me very strangely and said you can't give the jukews speech and then just sit down and start signing letters.
