Laurie Smith wanted to make only websites, wedding websites, that included Bible quotes saying that marriage is between a man and a woman. The state isn't making her say anything; it's just saying whatever content she does offer to the public, she has to also offer to gay couples. "This opens the doors, this opens the floodgates to a bunch of new litigation fighting over these tiki tack individualized case by case facts," says Peter Bergen.
