How Dickens Won the Atlanta Mayor's Race

Mayor Dickens was one of 10 votes to approve the cops at least in September of 2021. Instead of running for a third term as council member, Dickens threw his hat in the ring for mayor. The state law also applies to any municipal elections for cities with population higher than 100,000 people like Atlanta.
