A lot of press and media people, on the other hand, a bunch of practitioners. They were the first to say, hey, we get some of this, but we don't get all of it. We're trying to understand the transitions. As they were asking questions, I realized that I probably should have spent some more time up front explaining what we were talking about. It was an educational, two sets of educational activities. The experience they had was front and center.
