The Convenience Factor in Weight Loss Shakes
For me, personally, it's usually between 20 to forty grams of protein. Usually between once and or twice a day. I just like shakes because they're really convenient,. But so are soup ad stew is right, if you have em, if you just make one big batch of it. And versus a soup, i tend to get more from soups and stews.
