Can the Government Push This Through?
A lot of small, independent t v production companies get their first commissions from channel four. And they're the ones who are most worried about being put out of business. I think it's probably more likely than not to go through, but it would not surprise me if it just collapsed and the government decided that there's an election on the horizon. Why are we picking this battle that's take up all our parliamentary time?
