Growth x is an internal capability, but structured to be an external entity. Is it physically off the intil campus? How do you treat it like a stared up organization? We are very much boter fon like a spin off or anything. The only thing is we run our activities outside of interval to force our inevitors to spend a day outside of their day job and completely devote their time advancing their business idea.
