Colleen Amerman is the director of race, gender and equity initiative at Harvard. She says we are in a "stalled revolution" when it comes to workplace equality. Women still make up a smaller minority than men or women of color on corporate boards. But they do get more rewards for their hard work if they're well-liked by employers.
