Using the Word Share - What Is It?

When i see a leader using the word share, when they mean to make a point, to convince, to persuade, to provea, to support. And what are we doing when we share an idea? I meang to share an approach. Share means im to throw it out there, talk about it, let's tear it apart. A you know, fingers crossed, good things will happen. That's like saing, don't sneeze, or don't smoke. What is the nigarette?
