The Potential of a Diet for Shift Workers

Tanya Bonham is one of the architects of the study. She expects all three diets to result in weight loss but she's hoping that those who fast during night shifts will see other benefits too. We are asking them to eat less at a time where we know it's harder to break down and metabolise food. The study's results are not yet in so Tanya doesn't know if her risk of getting diabetes is any lower, but she does feel like it's been a positive experience for her.
