The Paradox of Memory

The writer's job is to have that consciousness that goes beyond that individual character, whether it be a person or a fictional character. So I'm writing my next memoir at the same time that I'm transcribing these journals. I'm finding those mysterious threads that are deeply about me and deeply about us. And also you mentioned tiny, beautiful things is going to be a Hulu TV show. That too has been just incredibly exciting to be in a part of like this adaptation where I've already written the book.
